A schedule being circulated shows Choice Filling continuing until 28 August.

That is incorrect according to the official TRMCC Round 1 PDF.

The official Choice Filling window is:

21 August 2026 — 5:00 PM

22 August 2026 — 11:00 PM

The dates up to 28 August relate to:

• Nomination collection
• Physical verification
• Admission formalities

and not Choice Filling.

Within the same notified registration window.

Final Submission

Must also be completed within the official registration process.

Candidates who need to unlock their registration can do so only up to:

This is earlier than the final registration deadline.

Discrepancy Removal Deadline

After online verification of uploaded documents by the Verification Committee, applicable candidates can remove notified discrepancies up to:

21 August 2026 — 3:00 PM

Candidates should keep checking their counselling login for document-verification issues.

Choice Filling Starts 21 August at 5 PM

Choice Filling will begin after the document-verification/discrepancy stage.

Candidates who receive seats must collect their nomination from the Directorate of Medical Education office.

6. If registration needs correction, unlock it before 21 August, 9 AM.
7. Monitor document-verification status.
8. Remove any notified discrepancy before 21 August, 3 PM.
9. Prepare your MBBS/BDS preference list in advance.
10. Fill choices between 21 August, 5 PM and 22 August, 11 PM.

At the current verification, the Seat Matrix section on the public page still predominantly displays previous-cycle items.

Candidates should therefore continue monitoring TRMCC for the current 2026 Round 1 seat matrix before final Choice Filling.

Important Course Separation

TRMCC conducts counselling for multiple UG health courses.

For Hire Guide Education:

MBBS + BDS should remain the primary Medical/Dental counselling route.

AYUSH and other health courses must remain separately mapped where their seat matrix/course process differs.
