Telangana NEET UG 2026 Management & NRI Quota Registration Open Now

KNRUHS Telangana MBBS/BDS Category-B Management and Category-C/NRI registration is now open. Candidates can register and upload certificates until 20 August 2026 at 6 PM. Separate registration is required even if already registered under Competent Authority Quota.

KNRUHS has opened online registration for Telangana MBBS/BDS Management Quota 2026-27.

Opens: 13 August 2026 — 6:00 AM

Closes: 20 August 2026 — 6:00 PM

Quotas Covered

The separate Management Quota counselling covers:

  • Category-B Management Quota
  • Category-C / NRI Quota

This is separate from Telangana Competent Authority / Category-A registration.

⚠️ Candidates who already applied for Category-A and also want Category-B or Category-C/NRI seats must complete this separate registration.

Registration Fee

₹12,000 + bank transaction charges

The Registration and Processing Fee is non-refundable.

Category-B Eligibility

For affiliated MBBS/BDS colleges:

  • 85% of Category-B seats are reserved for Telangana local candidates.
  • 15% of Category-B seats are open to candidates from all over India, including Telangana candidates, based on merit.

For Neelima Institute of Medical Sciences, the applicable local-seat rule differs as specified in the official prospectus.

Category-C / NRI

Eligible candidates from all over India can participate for applicable Category-C/NRI seats.

NRI candidates must specifically select the NRI Category option in the online application.

If the NRI option is not selected, the candidate will not be considered for Category-C/NRI seats.

Important NRI Documents

Applicable NRI candidates should keep ready:

  • NRI Sponsorship Certificate / Declaration
  • NRI Status Certificate of financial supporter issued by the Embassy
  • NRI Bank Account Passbook of financial supporter
  • Passport of NRI financial supporter

  • NEET UG 2026 Score Card
  • Class 10 / Birth Certificate
  • Class 12 Marks Memo
  • Study Certificates
  • Transfer Certificate
  • Community Certificate, if applicable
  • Minority Certificate, if applicable
  • Aadhaar
  • Passport-size photograph
  • Signature
  • Other quota-specific documents

What Happens Next?

KNRUHS will separately announce:

  • Provisional Merit List
  • Final Merit List
  • Management Quota Seat Matrix
  • Web Options / Choice Filling

The official prospectus states that the Management Quota seat matrix will be displayed before web options.

Candidate Action

  1. Confirm Category-B / Category-C eligibility.
  2. Keep scanned documents ready.
  3. Register on the official portal.
  4. Pay ₹12,000 processing fee.
  5. Complete candidate details.
  6. Upload all relevant certificates.
  7. Select NRI Category if seeking Category-C/NRI.
  8. Recheck the full application.
  9. Save/print the submitted application.
  10. Complete the process well before 20 August, 6 PM.
