GGSIPU NEET UG 2026 MBBS Round 1 Result & Cutoff Out: BSA, NDMC & ACMS Category-Wise Analysis

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University has published the MBBS Code 103 Round 1 provisional seat allotment and official Round 1 opening-closing ranks for 2026-27.

๐Ÿ“Š Official Round 1 Cutoff: Published

๐ŸŽฏ Total Provisional MBBS Allotments: 254

>

๐Ÿฅ Colleges: Dr BSA Medical College, NDMC Medical College and Army College of Medical Sciences

๐Ÿ’ณ Allotment remains subject to โ‚น96,000 Part Academic / Counselling Participation Fee and document verification as stated by GGSIPU.

GGSIPU MBBS Round 1 โ€” Most Important Cutoff

Delhi General โ€” Home State

CollegeOpening AIRClosing AIR
Dr BSA Hospital Medical College1864,096
NDMC Medical College, Hindu Rao1,5134,982

What This Means

For a regular Delhi General Home State candidate:

  • Dr BSA closed first at approximately AIR 4.1k
  • NDMC extended to approximately AIR 5.0k

This makes Dr BSA slightly more competitive in Round 1 on the closing-rank benchmark.

Do not compare these ranks with MCC Delhi quota cutoffs because GGSIPU is a separate counselling section with its own quota and category codes.

Delhi OBC Cutoff

CollegeOpening AIRClosing AIR
Dr BSA Medical College4,27014,403
NDMC Medical College14,41016,831

There is a clear Round 1 preference gap.

Dr BSA attracted the stronger OBC rank band, while NDMC extended further to approximately AIR 16.8k.

For an OBC candidate just beyond BSA's closing AIR, NDMC was the more accessible Government MBBS option in this counselling pool.

Delhi EWS Cutoff

CollegeOpening AIRClosing AIR
Dr BSA Medical College5,5457,447
NDMC Medical College7,6019,703

Again, BSA closed earlier.

Candidates around AIR 7.5kโ€“9.7k saw NDMC become the relevant EWS Round 1 option after BSA closed.

Delhi SC Cutoff

CollegeOpening AIRClosing AIR
Dr BSA Medical College13,02661,017
NDMC Medical College20,72062,595

The SC ranges overlap substantially.

The key point is that SC candidates should compare the actual allotted SC category, not their candidate category alone, because candidates can also obtain a General seat through merit.

Delhi ST Cutoff

CollegeOpening AIRClosing AIR
Dr BSA Medical College66,44890,753
NDMC Medical College1,09,6161,19,407

Round 1 movement is substantially deeper for ST, especially at NDMC.

A student should not interpret the General closing AIR of 4,982 as the relevant benchmark for an ST seat.

PwD Cutoffs โ€” Horizontal Reservation

PwD must be treated as a horizontal reservation, not as another vertical category.

Dr BSA

  • OBC-PwD: AIR 5,35,961
  • General-PwD: AIR 2,47,204 to 2,90,318
  • SC-PwD: AIR 6,66,746

NDMC

  • OBC-PwD: AIR 9,50,951
  • General-PwD: AIR 3,54,766

These ranks should never be compared with ordinary General/OBC/SC closing ranks.

For HGE data mapping:

Vertical category + PwD = one horizontal-category combination

and PwD seats must not be double-counted in the parent-category seat total.

Defence Category โ€” Read Priority Before Rank

GGSIPU's Defence cutoffs contain both:

  • NEET AIR
  • Defence Priority level

For example, the official cutoff includes Defence priorities such as:

  • Priority II
  • Priority IV
  • Priority VI

Therefore a Defence candidate cannot predict admission simply by comparing NEET AIR.

Defence Priority is a critical eligibility/allotment dimension.

For HGE cutoff data, store:

College + Vertical Category + Defence + Priority + Quota + Round

instead of treating all Defence candidates as one common cutoff group.

Army College of Medical Sciences โ€” ACMS

ACMS is fundamentally different from ordinary Delhi Home State Government MBBS admission.

Army Quota

Official Round 1 Army cutoff:

AIR 5,086 to 29,882

This category is shown by GGSIPU as ARMY / NOIAAI.

Army eligibility and priority rules apply.

Other ACMS Special/Reserved Routes Seen in the Official Cutoff

The official table also shows separate Round 1 ranges for eligible reserved/special routes including:

  • Delhi General PwD
  • Delhi SC
  • Delhi ST
  • Outside Delhi SC

Examples include:

Delhi SC: approximately AIR 62,852 to 98,407

Delhi ST: AIR 1,22,839

Outside Delhi SC: approximately AIR 63,320 to 1,08,300

These must remain separate from the Army quota cutoff.

Outside Delhi Seats โ€” Do Not Mix with Delhi Home State

GGSIPU's official cutoff includes an Outside Delhi SC (SCNOOS) category for ACMS.

This means:

HS cutoff โ‰  OS cutoff

and HGE should not normalize Outside Delhi SC into ordinary Delhi SC.

Correct mapping:

  • Counselling: GGSIPU
  • Quota: Outside Delhi
  • Category: SC
  • College: ACMS

254 Provisional MBBS Allotments

The complete GGSIPU Round 1 allotment list runs through:

Serial No. 254

The result covers only the MBBS Code 103 counselling pool and includes allotments across:

  • Dr BSA Hospital Medical College
  • NDMC Medical College at Hindu Rao
  • Army College of Medical Sciences

The allotment PDF separately records:

  • NEET UG 2026 AIR
  • Candidate category
  • Subcategory
  • Defence priority where applicable
  • Institute
  • Allotted quota
  • Allotted category

This is ideal for accurate cutoff extraction because HGE can distinguish:

Candidate Category โ‰  Allotted Category

Why Candidate Category and Allotted Category Must Remain Separate

A candidate listed as:

  • OBC
  • EWS
  • SC
  • ST

can still receive an OPNO / General seat if their merit is high enough.

Therefore the cutoff must be derived from:

Allotted Category

rather than blindly using the candidate's personal category.

This prevents incorrect reservation cutoffs in the HGE database and predictor.

GGSIPU Category Code Guide

Important codes from the official Round 1 cutoff:

  • OPNOHS โ€” Delhi General
  • EWNOHS โ€” Delhi EWS
  • BCNOHS โ€” Delhi OBC
  • SCNOHS โ€” Delhi SC
  • STNOHS โ€” Delhi ST
  • OPPHHS โ€” Delhi General PwD
  • BCPHHS โ€” Delhi OBC PwD
  • SCPHHS โ€” Delhi SC PwD
  • OPDFHS โ€” Delhi General Defence
  • BCDFHS โ€” Delhi OBC Defence
  • SCDFHS โ€” Delhi SC Defence
  • NOIAAI โ€” Army
  • SCNOOS โ€” Outside Delhi SC

These should be normalized into global HGE options while preserving the original GGSIPU code in the source-code field.

Round 1 College Preference Trend

For ordinary Delhi Home State categories, the result shows:

General

Dr BSA โ†’ NDMC

OBC

Dr BSA โ†’ NDMC

EWS

Dr BSA โ†’ NDMC

The closing-rank pattern consistently shows BSA finishing at a stronger merit position.

ACMS should not be included in this simple college preference comparison because its core Army quota has completely different eligibility.

Round 2 Chance Analysis

General

Candidates only slightly beyond:

  • BSA AIR 4,096
  • NDMC AIR 4,982

should remain active for Round 2.

Movement depends on:

  • non-payment,
  • failed document verification,
  • candidates shifting through MCC,
  • withdrawals,
  • upgrades,
  • newly vacant seats.

OBC

Important Round 1 reference points:

  • BSA: 14,403
  • NDMC: 16,831

Candidates close to these closing ranks should watch the fresh Round 2 seat position.

EWS

Reference points:

  • BSA: 7,447
  • NDMC: 9,703

SC

Reference points:

  • BSA: 61,017
  • NDMC: 62,595

ST

Reference points:

  • BSA: 90,753
  • NDMC: 1,19,407

These are Round 1 admission cutoffs โ€” not NEET qualifying cutoffs.

What Allotted Candidates Must Do

The official provisional result states that allotment is subject to:

  1. Payment of โ‚น96,000
  2. Verification of documents
  3. Fulfilment of eligibility/category conditions

Candidates should immediately check the GGSIPU admission portal and the separate โ€œMBBS Code 103 Schedule of Activities after Round 01โ€ published by the University.

Do not treat the name appearing in the provisional list as completed admission.

HGE Data Quality Note

GGSIPU published the post-Round-1 activity schedule separately on 25 August.

During this verification run, the schedule listing itself was confirmed on the official University admission board, but its linked PDF did not return reliably through the verification fetcher.

Therefore HGE should not invent a payment/document-verification deadline from an older cycle.

Use the exact deadline shown in the live GGSIPU candidate portal/post-allotment schedule before displaying a countdown.

HGE Key Takeaway

For GGSIPU MBBS 2026, there is no single cutoff.

The correct prediction model is:

College + Delhi/Outside Delhi/Army Quota + Vertical Category + PwD/Defence Horizontal Claim + Defence Priority + Round

For ordinary Delhi Home State seats, Round 1 gives a strong benchmark:

  • General: BSA 4,096, NDMC 4,982
  • EWS: BSA 7,447, NDMC 9,703
  • OBC: BSA 14,403, NDMC 16,831
  • SC: BSA 61,017, NDMC 62,595
  • ST: BSA 90,753, NDMC 1,19,407
