on the HGE dashboard.
The official Result date is now confirmed as:
21 August 2026
Candidate Action Now
There is no active Choice Filling action at this stage.
Candidates should now:
- Keep the final submitted/locked choice record.
- Keep NEET UG 2026 Admit Card and Score Card ready.
- Keep Class 10 and 12 documents ready.
- Keep category/PwBD certificates ready where applicable.
- NRI candidates should keep original NRI documents ready.

The revised MCC schedule provides:
22 August to 31 August 2026

Candidates should still not delay reporting unnecessarily because institutes may require:
- Original document verification
- Fee payment
- Medical examination
- Undertakings / bonds
- College-specific admission formalities

⚠️ Important
>
This MCC national State counselling schedule does NOT automatically mean that every individual State registration, Choice Filling or allotment portal remains open until 27 August.
>
Every State/UT must still be tracked using its own official schedule and portal.
Important for HGE Dashboard
Replace any older MCC timeline showing a different Round 1 result or reporting window.
Correct Current Values
Current Stage: Seat Allotment Processing
Result: 21 August 2026
Reporting: 22–31 August 2026
Joined Candidate Verification: 1 September 2026
Important for State Counselling Sections
Do not automatically overwrite individual State deadlines with:
State Counselling: 13–27 August
That date is the national coordination window issued by MCC.
For Gujarat, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Tripura and every other State, HGE must continue using that State authority's own:
- Registration deadline
- Merit date
- Choice Filling deadline
- Allotment date
- Reporting deadline
whenever separately notified.
Result Is Not the Same as Cutoff Data
Once MCC publishes the Round 1 Result on 21 August, Hire Guide Education should extract the actual allotment data before generating 2026 Round 1 admission closing ranks.
Do not generate Round 1 cutoff from:
- Merit ranks
- Seat Matrix
- Choice Filling data
- Expected cutoffs
The actual Round 1 allotment result is the correct source.
