MCC has released the Round 1 NRI Eligible Candidates List for NEET UG 2026. 732 candidates have been provisionally converted from Indian to NRI status after document scrutiny. Original NRI documents must be produced at reporting if an NRI seat is allotted.

These candidates have been provisionally converted from Indian to NRI status for UG Counselling 2026–27 after scrutiny of the documents submitted to MCC/DGHS.
What Has MCC Released?
The Medical Counselling Committee has published a 14-page NRI Eligible Candidates List for Round 1.
The list contains:
- Serial Number
- NEET UG Roll Number
- Candidate Name
The list runs from:
Serial No. 1 to Serial No. 732
Important — NRI Status Is Provisional
MCC has clearly stated that the candidates appearing in this list have been converted:
Provisionally from INDIAN to NRI
for the purpose of UG Counselling 2026–27.
This conversion is based on scrutiny of the documents that candidates sent to MCC/DGHS.
⚠️ Inclusion in this list should not be treated as unconditional final admission eligibility.
Original Documents Are Mandatory at Reporting
MCC has specifically warned that if an NRI seat is allotted, candidates must produce the same original documents during reporting.
If the required originals are not produced:
Admission is liable to be cancelled.
Therefore NRI candidates should arrange and recheck every original document now rather than waiting until allotment.

MCC Notice No. 10 has extended Round 1 Choice Filling up to:
18 August 2026 — 11:59 PM
Choice Locking started from:
17 August 2026 — 5:30 PM
Therefore NRI candidates whose names appear in the newly released list still have the current Round 1 choice window available today.

- Confirmation that an NRI seat will be allotted
- Final admission confirmation
Actual allotment still depends on:

What If Your Name Is Not in the List?
If you had submitted NRI conversion documents but your Roll Number does not appear:
- Recheck the official PDF carefully.
- Verify the Roll Number used in your NEET application.
