Merit List Publication
Official publication date: 14 August 2026
JCECEB's official Download page now places the following as its newest NEET UG entries:
- Not Eligible Candidate List — State Quota MBBS/BDS/BHMS
- State Merit List — State Quota MBBS/BDS/BHMS
For Hire Guide Education, MBBS and BDS should remain the primary Medical/Dental counselling routes.
BHMS must remain separately tracked under AYUSH.
This Is the Jharkhand State Quota Merit List
This list must not be confused with the separate Jharkhand:
- Private MBBS All India/NRI Merit List
- Vananchal Dental College All India/NRI BDS Merit List
Those are different counselling routes.
The newly published list is specifically for:
Jharkhand State Quota Seats
What Candidates Should Check
Candidates should verify their details carefully, including:
- Candidate Name
- NEET UG 2026 details
- CML / State Merit position
- Category rank
- EWS rank, where applicable
- PwD rank/status, where applicable
- Applicable reservation eligibility
- Whether the candidate appears in the separate Not Eligible List
⚠️ A State Merit position is not an admission cutoff and does not itself confirm college allotment.
Not Eligible List Also Released
JCECEB has separately published the:
Not Eligible Candidate List for Round 1 State Quota MBBS/BDS/BHMS counselling
Candidates who do not find their name in the State Merit List should also check this official list before assuming that their application is missing.
