Important — Fees Have Not Been Increased for the New Block
KNRUHS states that the 2026–29 block period will use the same fee structure notified for 2023–26.
This is important for candidates comparing Telangana private colleges because it gives an official current fee base for counselling planning.
Newly Affiliated Colleges
For an institution granted fresh affiliation during the 2026–29 block period, the Government notice states that the lowest fee structure prescribed for institutions under the referenced Government Orders will apply.
Important Fee Conditions
The previous Government fee order, which continues to apply, provides that:
- Institutions cannot charge unauthorised capitation fee.
- The prescribed course fee is collected as specified for each academic year.
- Applicable Government conditions continue for the new block period.
- Managements may apply the conditions specified in the referenced Government Orders.
Why Candidates Should Check Fees Before Choice Filling
Before choosing a private Telangana MBBS/BDS college, compare:
- Category A / B / C eligibility
- Annual tuition fee
- Total course cost
- Hostel and other permitted charges
- College location
- Bond/service requirements if applicable
- Clinical exposure
- Previous cutoff
- Seat availability
Do not assume all private colleges have the same Category-B tuition.
