- MBBS seats
- BDS seats
BAMS must remain separately tracked under the AYUSH counselling/data section.
⚠️ Do not merge MBBS/BDS and BAMS seat data even though CENTAC has published them in one common matrix document.
College Types Covered
The official CENTAC update states that the matrix covers:
- Government Colleges
- Self-Financing Colleges
Candidates should check the exact college-wise and quota-wise seats before finalising counselling preferences.
Important Quota Mapping
Hire Guide Education should preserve all quota divisions exactly as published in the official matrix.
Where applicable, keep separate:
- Government Quota

HGE Seat Matrix Data Rule
For the website/predictor database:
- Import the MBBS section separately.
- Import the BDS section separately.
- Keep BAMS outside the MBBS/BDS database.
- Preserve college names exactly before mapping to HGE Master Codes.
- Match CENTAC college/institution identifiers carefully.
- Preserve quota/category columns exactly as published.
- Do not treat vacancy figures as annual sanctioned intake unless the official matrix explicitly represents total sanctioned seats.
