The official MCC schedule fixed registration from:

5 August to 12 August 2026 — up to 3:00 PM

The registration deadline has now passed.

⚠️ Do not continue showing “Registration Open” on the HGE dashboard unless MCC publishes an official extension or reopening notice.

Payment Still Available

Registered candidates can complete the MCC payment facility until:

12 August 2026 — 6:00 PM

If your registration is already completed but payment is pending, complete it before the official deadline.

Choice Locking Starts Today

Choice Locking opens:

12 August 2026 — 4:00 PM

and remains available until:

13 August 2026 — 11:00 AM

Choice Filling Deadline

Choice Filling is currently active and closes:

13 August 2026 — 11:00 AM

MCC Round 1 Timeline

What Registered Candidates Should Do Now

1. Confirm that registration was successfully completed.
2. If payment is pending, complete it before 6 PM today.
3. Review the latest Round 1 seat matrix.
4. Recheck all MBBS/BDS preferences.
5. Arrange choices in genuine order of preference.
6. Start final review before choice locking opens at 4 PM.
7. Lock choices before 13 August, 11 AM.
8. Save/print the locked choice list and payment confirmation.

Important — Choice Filling vs Choice Locking

Choice Filling and Choice Locking are related but different stages.

Candidates should:

• Add colleges
• Rearrange preferences
• Delete unwanted choices if permitted
• Verify quota/category
• Review tuition fee and college type
• Then lock the final list

Do not lock choices casually before reviewing the complete preference order.

MCC Seats Covered

The MCC UG Round 1 schedule covers applicable seats under:

• 15% All India Quota
• Deemed Universities
• Central Universities / Institutions
• AIIMS
• JIPMER Puducherry
• JIPMER Karaikal
• Other MCC-administered UG medical/dental routes as applicable

Separate institutional eligibility conditions must still be checked where applicable.

Important for DU/IP Candidates

Candidates who used MCC's recently published registration-unlocking facility for the DU/IP Delhi Seats section should make sure that:

1. The required section was successfully added.
2. Registration was finally submitted.
3. Applicable DU/IP choices are visible.
4. Those choices are included correctly before locking.

Round 1 Result

MCC has scheduled the Round 1 result for:

17 August 2026

This is an allotment result — not an admission cutoff publication.

Reporting

Allotted candidates are scheduled to report/join from:

18 August to 22 August 2026

Candidates should wait for the allotment result and applicable reporting instructions before travelling to the allotted institution.
